Studienziel

The Bachelor program Intercultural Business Administration (6 Semester including one practical training semester) stresses an international, competitive education in the field of business administration with a strong focus on practical application. A solid intercultural education (including one foreign language) prepares graduates for employment in organisations and enterprises with an international, multicultural focus where cultural diversity is an important issue. Graduates of this program are qualified to continue their studies at the graduate level:
the Master program Intercultural Management and Leadership (4 semester) strives both to deepen knowledge in applied business administration and to develop management and leadership skills. Graduates will be qualified for upper management positions in international companies. Basics of executive management such as decision-making and strategizing within complex organizational structures, form the program's focus. The LBS's training is shaped by the most advanced contemporary learning and teaching methods (e.g. project based learning).

Studienschwerpunkte

The Bachelor program Intercultural Business Administration is composed of the Modules:
Business Administration (Introduction to Business Administration and Specialized Business Administration, 36% of the entire Bachelor's Degree Study Program), Law (5%), Economics (5%), IT (8%), Psychology and Philosophy (13%), Language (German, French, Hebrew, Russian, and Spanish, 17%) and Professional Practical Training.

The Master program Intercultural Management and Leadership focuses on the Modules Prerequisites of Decision Making (Advanced Concepts of Business Administration and Management & Leadership, 47%), Process of Decision Making (Creativity & Innovation Management and Career Management & Personal Development, 23%), Planning, Implementation and Control (Project Finalisation and the Master's Thesis, 30%).
